Eric Yao has a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tianjin University of Commerce, which they earned in 1999. They began their career as a Foreign Trade Specialist at Greatwall Food Co. from 1999 to 2001, followed by a role as a Purchaser and Logistics Coordinator at Nitori from 2001 to 2003. Eric transitioned to Ace Hardware Corporation, where they served as a Supply Chain Supervisor and Merchandiser from 2006 to 2008. Most recently, they worked at Arkema from 2015 to 2021, holding multiple positions including Asian Business Process Owner and Supply Chain Manager, focusing on optimizing performance and procurement processes across Asia.
