Jacquelyn Orr

Jacquelyn Orr is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Since October 2015, Jacquelyn has served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Arkema Inc., following a progressive career within the company that began as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining Arkema, Jacquelyn held the position of Associate General Counsel at Universal Display Corporation from August 2012 to October 2015 and served as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Citadel Broadcasting Corp. from 2006 to 2011. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Counsel at Entercom Communications Corp. and Litigation Counsel at CBS Broadcasting. Jacquelyn holds a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University.
