Josh Coons is a results-driven Senior Sourcing Manager with extensive experience in supply chain optimization, category management, and contract negotiation. Currently managing approximately $80M in direct materials spend at Arkema, they previously honed their expertise at The Dow Chemical Company and XO Communications. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership in cross-functional initiatives and have consistently engaged at the executive level, including monthly reporting to Bostik's CEO. Josh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University and an Associate's degree from Delta College.
