Lan Zhao

Lan Zhao has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Lan started their career in 2005 as a Purchasing Manager at Schlumberger, where they managed indirect spending in France. In 2008, they joined Arkema and served as a Purchasing Manager until 2011. After that, Lan Zhao worked as a Corporate Affairs Manager from 2011 to 2014. Lan then took on the role of Head of Talent Management & Internal Communication Asia from 2015 to 2020. Lan Zhao was subsequently promoted to the position of Corporate Talent Manager from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Communication for the Asia-Pacific region out of China at Arkema, starting in January 2023.

Lan Zhao has a Master's degree in French from Shanghai International Studies University, which was obtained from 1994 to 1997. Lan also has a bachelor's degree in international business, completed from 1997 to 1999 at ISUGA. Lastly, Lan holds a bac+5 degree in purchasing management from DESMA, earned from 2003 to 2004.
