Mandy Tharpe

Mandy Tharpe is a Senior Counsel for Government and Industry Affairs at Arkema, beginning in March 2025. Previously, Mandy served as an Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Department of Transportation from November 2020 to March 2025, providing legal counsel on environmental and Tribal law issues. Mandy's experience includes roles as an Environmental and Administrative Law Associate at Lewis Brisbois, an Associate at Clark Hill PLC, and as Deputy Legislative Director and Counsel to Senator Mike Rounds. Mandy's background encompasses extensive work in environmental regulatory compliance, policy analysis, and legislative efforts, with a focus on energy and public lands. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, summa cum laude, from The Catholic University of America, and a BA in History and Political Science from Grove City College.
