Mathilde Cluzel

Mathilde Cluzel is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions in high-stakes environments. Currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at Arkema since October 2017, Mathilde oversees HR activities at two SEVESO threshold high factories, leading teams of 8 and 4 personnel and participating in the executive committee. Key responsibilities include managing social relations, personnel administration, and HR development initiatives tailored to workforce optimization and employee well-being. Prior to Arkema, Mathilde worked at Tecumseh Products Company as Chargée de missions Ressources Humaines, focusing on job classification and skills transfer. Mathilde holds advanced degrees in strategic HR management and law from Grenoble IAE and UQAM, respectively, as well as a Bachelor's degree in law from Université Grenoble Alpes.
