Olivier Devaux serves as the Head of Finance Optimization at Arkema since September 2001, overseeing a cross-disciplinary team of 18 experts focused on enhancing global financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and promoting efficiency within Shared Services Centers. Olivier's responsibilities include managing project governance, guiding the integration of new acquisitions, preparing budget proposals, and liaising with auditors. Prior roles include Project Coordinator for SAP deployment at Arkema, Directeur des Opérations at Himalaya - Web Agency, Consultant SAP at IBM, and Contrôleur de Gestion at Eiffage Construction. Olivier holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Master Finance from iaelyon School of Management.
