Paul Boothe is currently the R&D Manager for Emerging Technology at Arkema Inc., where they lead innovative projects to advance polymer technology. They previously served as a Senior Scientist at Arkema, contributing to the development of Elim® liquid thermoplastics composites. With 19 years of industrial lab experience, Paul has held significant roles at Novoset LLC and Materia, developing advanced thermoset resins and managing product formulations. Paul earned a PhD in Organic/Organometallic Chemistry from the University of Southern California and a BS in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University.
