Robin Ma has extensive experience in plant and operations management, currently serving as Technical Manager at 阿科玛 since May 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing production, maintenance, and process operations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Prior to this role, Robin held positions such as Plant Manager at Shanghai Jinshi Chemical and Production Manager at 赢创工业集团, where a focus on supply planning and cross-functional team leadership was emphasized. Additional experience includes regional operations management at 格雷斯 and process engineering at Shanghai Shenxing Chemical Co., Ltd. Robin holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from East China University of Science and Technology, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Chemical Engineering at the same institution.
