Tom Grimm

Tom Grimm serves as the Director of Manufacturing at Arkema, where responsibilities include overseeing performance across six manufacturing sites in the United States and representing the manufacturing team on the business leadership team. Previously, Tom held the position of Director of the Center for Manufacturing Excellence, focusing on the development and implementation of best practices in various operational areas across more than 25 sites in the Americas. Tom's experience also includes significant roles as Plant Manager for multiple manufacturing facilities, leading initiatives that achieved safety records and managing substantial budgets. Prior to Arkema, Tom worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Atofina and as Operations Manager at Rohm and Haas, where notable contributions included capacity analysis and logistics management. Tom holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
