Yuting Zhou

Yuting Zhou, PhD, DABT, currently serves as Manager of Regulated Applications at Arkema, overseeing product clearance for various substances and managing the Drug Master File filing globally while leading a corporate GMP program. Previously, Yuting held roles at The Clorox Company as a Senior Regulatory Specialist and as a Regulatory Specialist, focusing on product safety, regulatory compliance, and claim substantiation. Experience also includes serving as a Scientific Liaison at US Pharmacopeia, where Yuting developed standards for food safety and collaborated with the FDA, and as a Staff Science Consultant at ChromaDex, providing regulatory support for food ingredients and dietary supplements. Earlier, Yuting was an ORISE fellow at FDA/CVM, reviewing ingredients for animal food safety. Educational background includes a PhD in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Maryland and an MSc in Food Packaging from the University of Guelph.
