Chad E. began their career as a Track Athlete at the University of South Carolina in 2015. In 2018, they worked as a Server Assistant and Food Runner at Ruth's Chris Steak House, and as a Financial Services Internship at Michael Oana Retirement Planning Specialist. In 2019, Chad E. worked as a Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement Consultant at PwC, and as a Capstone Consultant at Electrolux. In 2021, they took on the role of Customer Value Architect at Celonis, where they led rapid engagements with Fortune 1000 companies, identified opportunities for improvement in the source-to-pay process, and developed solutions for identified opportunities. In 2022, Chad E. began working as a Senior Business Implementation Consultant at Arkestro.

Chad E. graduated from the Darla Moore School of Business in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Global Supply Chain and Operations Management and Finance, and minoring in German. Prior to that, Chad E. attended Haddonfield Memorial High School from 2011 to 2015. Chad E. has obtained several certifications, including Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in April 2020, RPA Business Analyst from UiPath in September 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Sonoco in May 2019, Human-Centered Design from PwC in January 2020, Alteryx Core Certified from Alteryx in July 2019, and Digital Acumen from PwC in June 2019.
