Elizabeth Bernhardt has over 17 years of professional work experience. Elizabeth began their career in 2004 as a Counselor-in-Training at Camp Marymount. In 2007, they interned at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where they used HTML and CSS to develop websites. From 2008-2009, they worked as an Associate at Fry's Electronics, where they used knowledge of programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc. to inform customers. In 2009, they worked as a Summer IT Associate Developer at The Home Depot. From 2010-2014, they worked as a Consultant at Delaware Exaserv, where they assisted in workshops to gather requirements and design the implementation, performed the integration of Enterprise Scan, Invoice Capture Center, and SAP IM by OpenText, and developed and tested customer specific enhancements within the PO & Non-PO workflows utilizing ABAP. From 2014-2017, they worked as an Analyst at EY, where they developed and tested rating components for Personal Auto and Homeowners policies, developed and tested configuration change requests and defect resolutions, and developed GUnit builders for unit testing Personal Homeowners, Personal Auto, and Personal Umbrella policy lines. From 2019-2022, they worked as a Software Developer at GRIFFIN Solutions Group, LLC, where they assisted in testing the quality of an application ecosystem and development of automated testing tools utilizing a software stack of Cypress and AWS, and assisted in the software development of an application in order to meet WCAG 2.0 AA guidelines for web accessibility. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Arkestro.
Elizabeth Bernhardt obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 2005 and 2010. Elizabeth also holds certifications in Open Text Content Server - Business Consultant, obtained in September 2010, and OpenText Invoice Capture Center.
