Lateisha Thomas has over 10 years of professional work experience. Lateisha began their career in 2009 as a Loss Mitigation Specialist at ValCom Mitigation. In 2010, they became a Head Credit Consultant at New Start Financial. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Training/Systems Consultant at Pinnacle Family of Companies. From 2013 to 2018, they were a Global Procurement System Administrator at Mary Kay Inc., where they consulted and partnered with business owners and project members on all aspects of Ariba implementation and administration. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Hilltop Holdings. During this time, they led design for Procure to Payment, Sourcing, Contracts, Buyer/Supplier Managed Catalogs, SAP/Oracle Integration, Invoice Conversion Services, Electronic Invoicing, and Supplier Integration. From 2022 to present, they have been a Senior Business Implementation Consultant at Arkestro and a Procurement Operations Lead at HollyFrontier, where they manage the day to day system integrations between SAP, SAP Ariba, Concur, and Fieldglass, and leads work on systems integrations implementations for mergers and acquisitions.

Lateisha Thomas obtained a B.S. in Business with a focus in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University in 2019. In June 2021, they earned a SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Ariba Procurement 2021 certification from SAP.
