Jan Ravipati

Jan Ravipati is the President and CEO of Arkhya Tech Inc. He attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering. Before starting the Corporation, he had 23 years of Information Technology and functional experience in management; 16 of those years were in the I.T. Staffing industry as a CEO. He is proficient in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Business Analyst Life Cycle (BALC) and QA processes, Technical and Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis and Testing various methodologies; he has in-depth knowledge of Waterfall and AGILE methodology, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/D); he has extensive experience in developing Use Cases, creating Screen Mockups, conducting Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis, SWOT analysis, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Risk Analysis; he facilitates Change Management across entire processes from Project conceptualization to Testing through Project Delivery, Software Development and Implementation Management in diverse Business and Technical Environments. He is a hands-on individual that has the experience to analyze the business, technical, and functional requirements to develop the Test plans, Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM), Test cases and Test strategies; he has focused on testing Web-based and Client-Server applications by performing Validations, manuals, automated testing in Banking, Financial, E-commerce and Telecom domains. His experience and expertise is an essential part of being the face of Arkhya Tech Inc.
