Inga Aarts has extensive experience in psychology and education, currently serving as a Psychologist in training for GZ-psychologist at Arkin since March 2024. Previous roles include Basispsycholoog at de Bascule, where trauma diagnostics were primarily conducted, and a Psychologist and PhD researcher at Sinai Centrum focusing on neurobiological predictors of treatment effectiveness for PTSD and personality disorders. Aarts has served as a group instructor for Pedagogical Sciences at the University of Amsterdam, contributing to student education at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology and two Master’s degrees in Orthopedagogy and Research Master Child Development and Education from the University of Amsterdam, supplemented by training in cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR.
