Manon Batenburg has a diverse background in both healthcare and media, having held various roles from a Garderobemedewerker at Poppodium Tivoli to a Camjo stagiair at RTV Utrecht. They worked in customer relations at D.E. Masterblenders 1753 and served as an Ambulant GGZ-verpleegkundige / Casemanager at Jellinek from 2019 to 2024.
