Peter Bosschaart

Peter Bosschaart is an experienced architect and project manager with a diverse background in housing and construction. Peter began a career at Inbo from 1990 to 1997 as an architect responsible for various residential and utility projects. Afterward, Peter worked at Rijkswaterstaat as a project engineer from 1997 to 2006, focusing on building operations for lock complexes and traffic centers. Subsequent roles included a project leader position at Reinaerde from 2007 to 2015, overseeing the construction and renovation of residences for individuals with disabilities, and serving as a concept developer at Carante Groep from 2012 to 2016. Peter's project management expertise continued at Aafje from December 2019 to December 2020, where two new care facilities were developed. Peter is currently a housing project leader at Arkin, handling renovation, safety, and interior aspects of buildings, having also worked in various capacities at Triade, EversPartners, Propersona, and Tragel Zorg, highlighting a sustained commitment to improving living conditions and facilities in the healthcare sector. Peter holds an engineering degree in architecture from TU Delft, obtained from 1980 to 1988.
