Roos Bouwman

Roos Bouwman has a diverse background in human resource management and planning, with experience in several roles across different organizations. At Securitas Nederland, from November 2015 to May 2019, Roos served as a branch planner, receptionist, and planning staff member. Prior to this, Roos worked as a receptionist at Dolfinarium from September 2012 to October 2013. Following Securitas, Roos held multiple positions at Arkin, including personnel planner, HR advisor, and flex coordinator, from June 2019 to February 2021. Educational qualifications include a degree in Management from Nemas, a Human Resource Management degree from MBOzaak, training in personnel planning from Déhora Academy, and ongoing studies in Human Resource Management at Inholland Academy.
