James Young

James Young has been an Account Manager at Arkivum since May 2016. Previously, James served as a Programme Manager at Openreach from September 2009 to November 2015, where responsibilities included reporting on change initiatives within the programme management office, focusing on new product launches and engineering process improvements. Earlier, from May 1999 to August 2009, James worked as a Sales Manager at BT, developing network security and data centre propositions and leading sales efforts in the IT Services sector. James holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Kent.
