Karla Leija

Karla Leija has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Karla'smost recent position was as a Project Manager at Arkon Data, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at TCA Software Solutions as a Bilingual Implementation Specialist from July 2018 to March 2023. In this role, they analyzed customer needs and implemented software solutions for the hospitality industry, collaborating with top hotel brands in Latin America. Karla also represented the implementations department in Scrum teams for multiple projects and provided training and support to enhance software usage efficiency.

Before their role at TCA Software Solutions, Karla worked briefly as a Customer Service Agent at Intéligos in 2018 and as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Conduit Global in 2017. In 2016, they served as a Reservation Sales Agent at Huasteca Secreta.

Karla's earliest work experience was as a Junior Business Management Consultant at the Instituto de Desarrollo de Innovación y Tecnología para la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa in 2015. In this role, they provided solutions to startup issues in the technology industry and conducted research on brand registration and intellectual property.

Karla Leija obtained their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Universidad de Guadalajara, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Afterward, they pursued a Diploma of Education in Management Consulting at the Instituto de Desarrollo de Innovación y Tecnología para la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa, completing the program in 2016. Additionally, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in February 2023.
