Jane Baldwin is an experienced senior leader in the education management sector, specializing in safeguarding, attendance, and behavior management across primary and secondary phases, including mainstream and alternative provisions. They have held significant roles such as Head of Safeguarding & Attendance at New Horizons Hub LSEAT and YOT Education Officer at the Youth Offending Service, focusing on supporting young offenders.
