Jay Greiling

Jay Greiling is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the eyecare industry, specializing in sales, management, and business development. They co-founded Conclusn, Inc. in 2018, which provides critical business and clinical analytics to ophthalmology and specialty practices. Previously, Jay served as Vice President of Sales for Eye Technology and held leadership roles at various companies, including Midwest Surgical Services and OneStar, Inc. They have demonstrated success in launching and growing ventures, achieving significant milestones such as Initial Public Offerings and expanding service regions across the Midwest. Jay earned a BBA in Marketing and Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
