Scott Searle

Scott Searle has worked in the financial industry since 1996. Scott began their career at Peapack-Gladstone Bank Private Banking as an Assistant Cashier, and then moved up to Assistant Vice President & Loan Officer/Mortgage Underwriter, Vice President of Consumer Lending, and Vice President of Small Business Banking. In 2017, they joined Arkus, Inc. as a Salesforce Administrator, Delivery Team Manager, and Director of Technical Excellence. In their current role, they lead and supports Salesforce implementations with a team of technical experts and developers, provides high-level tactical oversight of project implementation integrity and quality assurance, and works closely with Solution Architects and Engagement Managers to establish and enforce best practices in technical design and processes.

Scott Searle has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Centenary University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2008. Scott has also obtained a number of certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant (2022), Accredited Financial Services Cloud Consultant (2021), Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant Certification (2020), Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (2017), Salesforce Certified App Builder (2017), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (2017), and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (2017).
