Anders Brammer Jensen is currently the Digital Transformation Lead at Arla Foods, a position held since 2025. Previously, Anders led Agile Coaching and Transformation at the LEGO Group from 2022 to 2024, where they focused on fostering high-performance tech teams. Their extensive experience at the LEGO Group also includes roles as a Senior Program Manager and various other project management positions.
