Christopher Masters

Christopher Masters possesses extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) coordination across multiple organizations. Since August 2012, Christopher has served as Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator at Arla Foods, where responsibilities include managing HSE at the largest Cheese Packing facility and achieving a 50% reduction in accident rates in 2012. Prior roles include a similar position at Milklink, ongoing since June 2010, and Health & Safety Coordinator at Senoble, where Christopher oversaw HSE for 300 employees and achieved a 70% accident reduction. Earlier, Christopher spent 20 years at Premier Foods, transitioning from a single site to a multi-site role, earning consecutive ROSPA Gold Awards and implementing various safety initiatives, including a national driver awareness campaign for 1,500 employees. Christopher's qualifications also include ICV instructor status and experience in training and coordinating safety projects.
