Daniel Clay

Daniel Clay has work experience at two companies. At Arla Foods, they worked as an Operations Team Lead from February 2017 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Technician / Lean Senior Facilitator from March 2008 to February 2017. During their time at Arla, they were involved in a major factory expansion project and implemented various continuous improvement ideas using lean techniques. At BRITVIC PLC, they worked as a Section Operator and Performance & Training Champion from February 2004 to January 2008.

Daniel Clay attended West Leeds High School from 1995 to 2000. Daniel did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. In addition to their high school education, Daniel Clay has obtained several certifications, including the Highfield Level 3 Award in Effective Auditing and Inspection (RQF) from Highfield in 2023. Other certifications include the Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 from the Institute for Apprenticeships in 2019, the Knowledge Contributor certification from the Leadership Pipeline Institute in 2019, and the Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute in 2019. In 2018, they obtained the Leading Others certification from the Leadership Pipeline Institute. Prior to that, they earned the BTEC in Lean Organisation Management Techniques from BTEC in 2017, the Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Food Manufacturing Excellence from Ofqual in 2016, and the NVQ Food & Drink Manufacturing Operations from National Vocational Qualifications in 2007.
