Floris Schmidt

Floris Schmidt is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in research, coaching, and demand planning. At Wageningen University & Research, Floris conducted a Bachelor Thesis focused on creating a simulation environment for the pork supply chain in Vietnam, emphasizing Business Process Modeling. Currently, Floris serves as a Hockey Coach at AMHC Fit and has previously coached youth teams at WMHC, achieving national competition levels. Floris has held various roles at Arla Foods, including Junior Demand Planner and Junior Promotion Planner, and served as a Trainingscoördinator at BP College, where coordination of technical clinics for motivated children took place. Additionally, Floris contributed to W.S.V. Ceres as a member of the Judicial Committee and as Treasurer for the Technical Committee, overseeing significant events. Floris holds a Master's degree in Operations Research and a Bachelor's degree in Management & Consumer Studies from Wageningen University & Research.
