Fran Ball

Fran Ball is an experienced professional in Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety (QEHS) management with a distinguished career in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of UK Manufacturing at Arla Foods, Fran has held various key positions including Senior Site Director at Stourton Dairy and Global QEHS Director for the Milk, Yogurt and Logistics category. Fran's responsibilities encompass the development and governance of QEHS standards as well as continuous performance improvements across manufacturing sites. Prior experience includes roles at Britvic Soft Drinks as Regional QSE Manager, Carlsberg UK as Operations Support Manager, and several management positions at National Starch and Chemical and ICI.
