Futon Alanzi, CIPD, is an experienced HR Business Partner currently managing the MENA region at Arla Foods since 2023. With a Bachelor’s degree from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University earned in 2017, they have a solid foundation in human resources, complemented by a history of roles including Senior Recruitment Specialist and Talent Acquisition Officer. Prior to their current position, Futon worked in various recruitment capacities across notable companies, demonstrating skills in communication, teamwork, and HR management within the dairy industry.
