Helen Mayoh is currently the UK Culinary Lead at Arla Foods, where they focus on foodservice development and culinary expertise. With 22 years of experience in food manufacturing and product development, they have successfully led projects from concept to launch, including a variety of sauces, dressings, and specialty oils. They have held various roles across prestigious companies, including NPD Manager at Yum! Restaurants International and Technical Manager at Firmenich. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Nottingham and a distinction in Professional Culinary Skills from East Riding College.
