James Astrella

James Astrella has a diverse background in the food industry, beginning with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from the University of Nottingham. Professional experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Mondelēz International and a Creamery Manager and Team Leader at Arla Foods. Prior to this, James was part of the graduate scheme at Warburtons, taking on various positions including Production Operative, Team Leader, and Warehouse Team Manager. Additionally, a year-long placement at Givaudan focused on sensory science for oral care products. James Astrella has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills throughout these roles.
