Johan Berzén

Johan Berzén is a seasoned logistics and supply chain professional with extensive experience across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Director Warehouse & Outbound at Arla Foods since December 2019, Johan previously held roles including Senior Customer Logistics Manager and Senior Operational Support Manager at the same company. Prior to Arla Foods, Johan worked at Coty from October 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included Logistics Operations Manager and Supply Chain Project Manager & S&OP Owner, following a transition from Procter & Gamble, where Johan was a Supply Network Operations Project Manager for a brief period due to a merger. Johan's earlier career includes consulting roles in quality management at Qing AB and leadership positions at Chalmers Teknologkonsulter AB. Johan holds a Master of Science in Quality and Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Chalmers University of Technology.
