Lasse Ruby Nielsen

Lasse Ruby Nielsen has held various roles in mechanical maintenance and leadership throughout their career. They completed a leadership training program at UCH Uddannelsescenter Holstebro in 2014. Lasse began as a skibsmontør at N.O. Andersen from 1988 to 1992 and later worked as a smed at Cheminova from 1992 to 1997. They served as a vedligeholdsreperatør at Cheminova from 1997 to 2016 and worked as a maintenance planner at FMC Corporation until 2023. Currently, Lasse is the team leader for mechanical maintenance at Arla Foods.
