Lea Brader is currently a Senior Nutrition Scientist at Arla Foods, where they have worked since 2024, building on their previous experience as a Nutrition Scientist at the same company from 2013 to 2024. Prior to that, Lea was a Scientific Assistant at Aarhus sygehus THG from 2007 to 2009 and completed a PhD at Aarhus University Hospital from 2009 to 2013. Lea holds a Cand. Scient degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Copenhagen and a Human Nutrition degree from Aarhus University College, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Aarhus University.
