Lotta Bäckman

Lotta Bäckman is currently the Culinary Lead at Arla Foods, where they focus on product development and customer engagement within the food service sector. Lotta has over a decade of experience in the culinary field, having previously worked as an application manager and within the test kitchen at Unilever for several years, where they contributed to product quality and development across multiple Nordic countries. They also served as a restaurant teacher at various institutions, fostering culinary skills in students. Lotta holds a degree in Restaurant and Meal Knowledge from Örebro University, completed between 2000 and 2003.
