Mathis Heltoft

Mathis Heltoft has extensive work experience in the field of IT and business consulting. Mathis has held various roles at companies such as Arla Foods and IBM. At Arla Foods, they worked as an IT Manager and IT Programme Lead, where they focused on managing projects, optimizing workflows, and providing guidance and support for product management. At IBM, they served as a Senior Scrum Master, Leading SAFe, and a Cognitive Business Consultant, where they worked on agile teams, provided technical guidance, and advised companies on the implementation of cognitive computing and AI technologies. Mathis also worked as a Team Lead, Scrum Master, and Business Analytics & Optimization Consultant at IBM, where they demonstrated project management skills and knowledge of business analytics. Additionally, they held positions as a Business and Technical Analyst, Social Media Business Strategist, and Performance & Process Optimization Consultant at IBM. Before that, they worked at Aarhus University and Aarhus School of Business, where they gained experience in IT programming and teaching. Overall, Mathis Heltoft has a strong background in IT project management, agile methodologies, and business analytics.

Mathis Heltoft attended Marselisborg Gymnasium from 2003 to 2006. Mathis then went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Informational Science, IT, and Organizations from Aarhus University, graduating in 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they attended the School of Business & Social Sciences, where they obtained a cand. it. (ITKO) degree in Information Technology, Marketing, and Business Strategy. In terms of additional certifications, Mathis Heltoft has completed various courses offered by IBM, including Agile Advocate and Agile Explorer in 2018, and Watson Conversation Service Foundations and Watson Conversation Service Methodology in 2018. Mathis also obtained the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019. Additionally, they completed the IBM GBS Consulting by Degrees Programme in 2015, and has received cognitive and digital insights platform certifications from IBM.
