Mats Ryberg is a seasoned professional in the energy and sustainability sector with extensive experience at Arla Foods since 1999. Currently serving as Senior Energy & Sustainability Manager, Mats drives the global fulfillment of CO2 targets within the supply chain. Previously, in various roles such as Energy Optimisation Manager and Maintenance Excellence Manager, Mats has contributed significantly to the development of sustainability strategies and maintenance performance across Arla Foods' operations. Additional experience includes leadership positions in production management and technical oversight at Totalmat and Abba Seafood AB, complemented by an academic background in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration from Chalmers University of Technology.
