Michael Fiil

Michael Fiil has over 15 years of experience in IT and program management, currently serving as Director of IT Supply Chain Solutions at Arla Foods since November 2019, where responsibilities include leading the S/4 HANA transition program and driving vendor selection. Previously, Michael held multiple roles at Arla Foods, including Senior IT Program Manager and Corporate Finance Senior Manager, overseeing various IT initiatives and managing teams. Prior to Arla Foods, Michael worked at Itadel A/S as a Business Developer and at Accenture as a Manager, focusing on SAP implementations and web development projects. Education includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Aarhus University and a College degree in Economics from Aarhus Business College. Michael's earlier experience also includes a role as a student instructor and service as an enlisted soldier in the Royal Danish Guards.
