Michael Jensen has extensive experience in consumer and market insights, primarily at Arla Foods amba since September 2002. As Director and Head of Consumer and Market Insights, Michael established a high-performing CMI team and transformed it from a traditional function to a strategic partner for the business. Previous roles included Senior Insight Manager, where Michael developed Insight Management as a key discipline, and Senior Manager for Marketing Excellence, achieving substantial optimization in media spending. Additional roles encompassed responsibilities in corporate marketing, Nordic market research, and brand management, consistently focusing on data-driven strategies and enhancing brand performance. Michael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Aarhus University, complemented by international academic experience at Penn State University.
