Mona Alsari

Mona Alsari is a Senior Head of Human Resources with a strong commitment to creating impact through effective people management. With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Communication Studies from the American University of Beirut, they bring extensive experience from the consumer goods industry. Mona previously served as Head of Human Resources at Arla Foods and has held the position of HR Lead for Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain at Unilever. Currently, they continue to lead HR initiatives at Arla Foods to foster a robust workforce.
