Omar Arafa

Omar Arafa serves as the Site Director at Arla Foods since January 2023, showcasing extensive experience in operations management garnered over more than a decade at Mondelēz International, where roles included Operations Manager for Tablets & Countlines, Area Section Lead for Countlines, and Vertical Startup Leader. Omar's responsibilities encompassed leading production operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and sustainability targets, as well as managing project and production engineering initiatives. Prior to this, Omar held various engineering positions at Mondelēz, beginning as a Project Engineer, and served as a Reserved Officer in the Egyptian Army's Naval Forces. Omar holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Production Engineering from Shoubra Faculty of Engineering, Benha University.
