Ruby Ali-Brett

Ruby Ali-Brett has extensive experience in the food and retail sectors, currently serving as the Senior Director of HR for Arla Foods since 2012. Throughout Ruby's tenure at Arla, various roles have included Director of Category Development, Brand Category Director, Director of Innovation, and Senior Category Manager. Prior to Arla, Ruby spent a decade at Asda, where positions included Senior Buyer, Buyer, and Distribution Project Manager, as well as earlier experience as a Supply Chain Analyst with Asda Stores Ltd/Wal-Mart. Ruby holds an education from INSEAD (2015), The Manchester Metropolitan University (1996-2000), and is currently attending Circus Street (2018-Present).
