Sean Gregory

Sean Gregory is an experienced professional focused on environmental sustainability and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Energy and Sustainability Manager for Arla Foods, they lead projects aimed at achieving ambitious carbon reduction and renewable energy targets. Prior to this role, Sean was a Lean Facilitator at Arla and held various positions at Cherwell District Council, where they advised on environmental policies and developed air quality management strategies. Sean holds both a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science and an MSc in Environmental Management and Assessment. They have also been actively involved in Toastmasters International, holding multiple leadership roles.
