Stephen Richards has extensive experience in leadership and management within the food production industry, currently serving as Interim Site Director at Arla Foods since September 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing 104 full-time staff and achieving key performance indicators related to labor costs, efficiency, and quality. Previous roles at Arla Foods include Production Manager, Operations Manager, LCO Lead, and Shift Manager. Prior to Arla, Stephen worked at Greencore as a Line Leader, managing multiple production lines and staff to ensure high standards of product quality. Stephen has pursued professional development through the Chartered Management Institute, earning Level 5 and Level 3 Management qualifications.
