Tom Gill

Tom Gill is an experienced professional in sustainability and environmental management, currently serving as the Agriculture Sustainability Transformation Manager at Arla Foods since November 2022. Previously, Tom held various roles at Promar International, including Head of Sustainability, where leadership was provided to the sustainability team across the supply chain, and Head of Environment. Tom's expertise also includes positions as Senior Environmental Consultant at Promar International and Senior Consultant at Ecorys UK, along with a focus on rural and environmental projects as Senior Policy Officer at Leicestershire County Council. Early career experience includes a role as Research and Policy Analyst at the North York Moors National Park Authority. Tom holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from Staffordshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Protection and Sustainability from the University of Sunderland.
