Tom Philps is currently the Senior Manager of Arlagarden Development and Innovation - Agri Sustainability at Arla Foods, a position they have held since 2022. They previously worked at Arla Foods in various roles, including Manager of Arlagarden and Senior Manager of Arlagarden Operations and Farm Quality Assurance. Before joining Arla, Tom gained experience as a Dairy Farming Apprentice at Paul Mason Dairy Farm and served as a Consulting Officer at DairyNZ. Additionally, they were a Consultant and Production Manager at North Germany Plant Breeding (NPZ) from 2010 to 2015. Tom is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture at Massey University.
