Torben Karstensen

Torben Karstensen has over 37 years of experience in the food industry, with the last 15 years dedicated to serving as a factory manager. Previously, they worked as a cheese master at Kløver Mælk and held various roles, including expedition leader and planner at Tholstrup Cheese, where they contributed to several significant projects. Currently, Torben serves as a quality manager at Arla Foods. They possess a strong focus on productivity improvement, Lean principles, and team development, believing strongly in the importance of valuing employees as key resources for business success. Torben holds a dairy technician degree from Dalum Technical School and completed training as a Lean facilitator.
