Sudhakar Samar serves as the Head of CapEx and Site Engineering at ARLANXEO since March 2024. Previously, Sudhakar held the position of Head of Project Management at cm.project.ing GmbH from July 2016 to February 2024, overseeing large-scale EPCM projects primarily in the glass industry and leading a team of project managers. Sudhakar's experience includes working as a Project Manager at cm.project.ing GmbH, an Engineer at Knauf Insulation focusing on resolving technical and quality issues in glass-wool insulation, and as a Research Engineer at ArcelorMittal, where project leadership in renewable energy was a key responsibility. Sudhakar began a career at Kennametal India Limited as an Executive Engineer and gained early experience as an internship trainee at Bosch. Sudhakar holds a Master’s degree in Production Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from BMS Institute of Technology and Management.
