Tim Knapp

Tim Knapp is a seasoned professional in the chemical industry with extensive experience in business development and operational management. Since May 2012, Tim has served as the Business Development Manager at ARLANXEO, focusing on developing the Bio-Industrial Park to foster new business opportunities and optimize cost synergies. Previously, Tim was the Manager of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality at ARLANXEO Canada, overseeing compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes managerial roles in manufacturing at LANXESS Inc. and BayerMaterialScience. Tim holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, earned between 1990 and 1997.
